


This is the tea I decided to drink 8oz daily. It has 35 mg of caffeine. Medifast 5-and-1 allows for up to 300 mg. According to Medifast FAQ,
Essential1: Calorie Burn's combination of caffeine and EGCG works synergistically to boost
metabolism, inducing thermogenesis and helping you burn calories, unlike caffeine
alone. So, while I do not expect this Green tea will help, I will try it since Yogi Green Tea tea is specially formulated to support weight loss. It's also a cheaper alternative :-)
