Chocolate Mint Shake

This is an easy one that most of you have probably already tried but here are my preferred measurements.
 
1 packet Medifast Dutch Chocolate shake

1/2 tsp mint extract

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup ice

Pour ingredients in blender and mix!
