September Raffle #1

That's right!  There are two raffles this month.  Thank you for following my blog and Facebook page.

I will be giving away 2 boxes of Starbucks VIA(10 16-oz packets total).  I'm on maintenance mode now and I've replaced my Medifast Capuccino for breakfast with 8oz Starbuck VIA (50 calories).  Simply comment on ANY SEPTEMBER POST (including this one) on this website for a chance to win.

    I don't know... Starbucks is going to have to go some to top the Medifast Capuccino. Gotta' try it.

    JANELLAKE ... Starbucks is allowed in the diet. Find limits on the medifast1.com
